Our fees cover attorney review, the search, the filing itself, and case management. The USPTO charges its own filing fee per class of goods or services (currently starting at $350), which we collect at filing and remit on your behalf.

Only the Premium package carries our 100% approval guarantee. For Basic and Economy, we provide a refusal-risk assessment up front so you understand the odds before filing.

Do I need to register my logo and name separately?
